Read it all please!
If you get an email from someone that has three paragraphs, do not read the first one, hit reply and fire off a related question. When you go back to the email and read the last two paragraphs and find that the answer to your just asked question is hidden in plain sight in the email you just replied to, it is REALLY hard not to appear foolish.
